Steps to cancel ChatGPT Plus
- Log in at chatgpt.com
- Select your profile icon, then "Settings"
- Open "Billing"
- Under "Cancel plan", select "Cancel"
- Make sure you are signed in with the same email or single sign-on you used to buy the plan, or you will not see the billing page
