Cancel in the right place

Bought from Adobe (web)

Bought through Apple, Google, or Microsoft

  1. Cancel inside that store, not in your Adobe account

Adobe cannot end a subscription another store bills you for.

Refunds, timing and access

Refund policyAdobe states that for most plans you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your first purchase. After that, annual plans can carry an early termination fee.
Billing cutoffYou cannot cancel while a payment is being processed, or while a payment has failed. If you hit that, wait 24 hours and try again — so do not leave it to the day of renewal.
Access after cancellingPaid apps and services keep working until the end of the billing period you already paid for. Your Adobe account stays open with free membership benefits. If you change your mind before that period ends, you can reactivate from account.adobe.com/plans and keep your files and storage. One more thing people miss: each plan cancels separately, so cancelling one plan leaves your other plans running.
Third-party billingIf a reseller, Apple, Google, or Microsoft charges you, the cancel button in your Adobe account will not stop the charge. Cancel with whoever takes the money.

LemSubs — Subscription Tracker Without Bank Login

LemSubs is a privacy-first subscription tracker. Track every recurring charge, lifetime deal, and renewal in one place — no bank connection, no Plaid, no credentials. Free for individuals.

What LemSubs does

Why no bank connection

Every other tracker on the market — Rocket Money, Mint, Bobby, Trim — asks for your bank credentials through Plaid. LemSubs does not. You add subscriptions manually, forward a receipt, or import a CSV. Your bank stays your bank.
