How it works
- Create a Workspace: Name it, pick a colour, and optionally add a description — e.g. 'LemStudio Agency' or 'Personal'
- Assign Subscriptions: Each subscription is tagged with a workspace so it only appears in the relevant view
- Switch Context: Use the workspace switcher on the dashboard to flip between views instantly, or select 'All Subscriptions' for the combined view
- Review Per-Workspace Spend: Spend dashboards and category breakdowns filter to the active workspace automatically

How many workspaces can I create?
The Teams plan includes up to 6 workspaces. You can organise them by department, client, project, or however fits your workflow.
Can team members see all workspaces?
Yes — all members on a Teams plan share access to the same workspaces. There is no per-user workspace restriction at this time.
Can I view all subscriptions across workspaces?
Yes — the 'All Subscriptions' option in the workspace switcher shows everything in one combined view.
Can I move subscriptions between workspaces?
Yes — reassign any subscription to a different workspace at any time from the subscription detail view.
Is there a workspace for personal subscriptions?
Absolutely. Many users create a 'Personal' workspace alongside their business ones to keep everything in one account without mixing data.
Do workspaces affect billing?
No — workspaces are an organisational feature within your plan. Your subscription to LemSubs is billed at the account level, not per workspace.
