What this video covers
A forgotten subscription is not a small problem. A trial you never cancelled renews at full price, and software you stopped opening keeps billing quietly for months.
This video shows how LemSubs surfaces those records: by last-used date, by a rule that flags a service with no activity, and by the renewal list that tells you a charge is coming while you can still act.
It also covers what to do next. You either keep it on purpose, downgrade, or cancel with a step-by-step guide for that vendor.
LemSubs is a privacy-first subscription tracker. Track every recurring charge, lifetime deal, and renewal in one place — no bank connection, no Plaid, no credentials. Free for individuals.
Built by Deepak Shukla after losing $47,000+ to forgotten renewals and zombie subscriptions across six businesses. Used by founders, freelancers, and small teams who want to know what they're actually paying for without handing a third party read access to their bank accounts.
What LemSubs does
Renewal alerts 7, 14, and 30 days before every charge
Cancel guides for 500+ vendors (Adobe, Netflix, AWS, and more)
Lifetime deal break-even tracking with payback math
Zombie subscription detection — flag what you stopped using
Multi-currency, team workspaces, custom metadata, CSV/PDF export
Smart receipt import — drop in an email or PDF, get a parsed entry
Why no bank connection
Every other tracker on the market — Rocket Money, Mint, Bobby, Trim — asks for your bank credentials through Plaid. LemSubs does not. You add subscriptions manually, forward a receipt, or import a CSV. Your bank stays your bank.
